Maple Leaf Marinas (MLM) has announced a major expansion of its dealership network through a new partnership with Groupe Beneteau, bringing the Beneteau, Wellcraft, and Four Winns brands to Ontario.
The collaboration will officially launch on October 29, 2025, in conjunction with the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show.
A New Era for Ontario Boaters
As Canada’s largest freshwater marina operator, Maple Leaf Marinas owns and manages 21 locations across Georgian Bay, Muskoka, and Lake Simcoe.
The company already operates 14 dealerships representing 24 brands, offering everything from storage and maintenance to sales and service.
With this expansion, MLM aims to bring world-class brands and after-sales support closer to Ontario boaters than ever before.
“Our team is thrilled to represent these iconic brands and deliver the full ownership experience through our network of marinas and service centers,” said the company’s leadership team.
The Groupe Beneteau Connection
Founded in 1884, Groupe Beneteau is one of the world’s largest and most respected boat manufacturers, with a portfolio that spans sailing yachts, powerboats, and multihulls.
In this agreement, MLM will handle three of Beneteau’s premier powerboat lines:
- Beneteau – renowned for its performance and comfort on the water
- Wellcraft – specializing in offshore and performance fishing boats
- Four Winns – known for premium bowriders and cruisers
Nick Vosinek, Director of Sales for Wellcraft and Beneteau North America, noted:
“Maple Leaf Marinas’ network and full-service marinas will provide world-class support after the sale. This is just the beginning of many great things to come for Ontario boaters.”
Why It Matters
The new distribution deal means Ontario boaters will gain easier access to top-tier brands without needing to cross borders or deal with long import lead times.
With local marinas already equipped to provide warranty and service support, ownership becomes more seamless and convenient.
This also strengthens MLM’s position as a one-stop marine lifestyle network, offering sales, storage, and service for a growing variety of boats under one umbrella.
